On January 1, 1951, Southern Services opened its doors in Lexington on Railroad Street. The business was sold in 1993 to key employees. In May of 1995, Southern Services relocated to a 15,000 square foot facility at 1203 Winston Road. This woman-owned company has expanded to include five installation crews and three full-time HVAC servicemen. We are proud to offer a fully equipped sheet metal shop and a state-of-the-art Built-Up Roofing Department.

Our professional, customer-oriented staff members average over thirty years of solid industry experience. Service and installation technicians are NATE & EPA Certified and attend annual service and installation school to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new advanced industry technologies.

Being a local independent Trane Comfort Specialist™ dealer for many years, we install Trane package and split-system heat pumps, gas and oil furnaces, air conditioners and hybrid systems (dual fuel) along with Trane CleanEffects™ filter system, humidifiers, duct smoke detectors, surge protectors, zoning and much more. We also offer various automatic and programmable thermostats, service agreements, extended warranties and may other related products.

Southern Services provides expert installation and repairs for all brand of heating air conditioning equipment - residential and commercial.
