Jack W. Conrad Jr. is a graduate of West Forsyth High School and a third generation builder.

Jack is a graduate of East Carolina University. He studied Industrial Technology and business. After graduation, joined his fathers and cousins business, Conrad & Copple Inc. He became a licensed General Contractor in 1985. In 1987 Jack Jr. and Jack Sr. became partners and changed the business name to its current day name of Conrad & Conrad Inc. He is the person who makes the initial visit and determines the scope of work, creates a detailed estimate and proposal. Jack is on your site daily assuring security, quality, cleanliness and job safety. He can assist in the design and selection of materials if needed. He provides special individual attention through the entire process. If you have a concern, Jack addresses it immediately.

Jack regularly attends seminars and takes online course's to stay current on new materials and practices to give you the best product and application for your situation. The current trend now is green. He is continually trying to find new products and ways to make existing homes more energy efficient.

Angela C. Conrad is a graduate of West Forsyth High School.

Angie attended Lees McRae College and continues taking seminars and online course's to stay current on new materials and practices and trends to give you the best product and application for your situation.. Angie is the friendly voice that greets you when you call and promptly returns all calls left on the answering machine usually the same working day. Angie takes care of the financial needs of the business. She takes care of scheduling appointments and jobs, tracking labor and material cost on a daily basis and helps with any customer needs. Angie develops a personal relationship with each client as Jack does. Angie regularly attends seminars with Jack, developing her knowledge of the building industry and current trends.

Jack W. Conrad Sr. is a graduate of R J Reynolds High School.

Jack is second generation Builder. He is a retired US Marine who served his country in Korea. He has been a licensed General Contractor since 1968. Jack and his nephew started Conrad & Copple Inc. which built many of the fine homes in the Forsyth County area. In 1987, Jack took Jack Jr. as a partner, changed the business name to Conrad & Conrad Inc. and continued the focus of providing the highest quality project according to the clients budget. Jack still visits the job site regularly. He still has an active role in Conrad & Conrad Inc.

Conrad & Conrad Inc. 1987 to present day

Conrad & Conrad originated as a custom home builder, building many of the fine homes in the Forsyth county area. We changed our focus to room additions, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement remodeling, deck building, sunroom building and we have also taken on pre engineered steel building construction. We can take care of as much of or as little of your project as you desire. We specialize in residential and light commercial building, additions, remodeling and renovations. We are licensed and insured as are all of the various trade contractors we employee. Our trade contractors have completed many projects with us from historical, ADA compliant to modern and have experience in all these areas. We strive to give you the best finished product to fit your budget. We are careful in product selection, the proper size material required to reduce waste and quantity of materials needed to help protect the environment and most importantly to keep cost in check. When possible we recycle debris.

Doug and Ronny have been with Conrad & Conrad Inc. for 11 years and 4 years respectfully. They both have a combined 50 years experience in remodeling of all types, additions and new home construction. They can take care of your complete project starting from excavation to the last coat of paint.
